Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ArtIntele.ai collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
ArtIntele.ai is a brand of Prachalas Private Limited, operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. In this policy, “we” and “ArtIntele” refer to that company; “you” refers to anyone visiting this website or contacting us through it.
What We Collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run the site.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please don’t include payment details, passwords or identity documents in a contact form.
How We Use It
- To respond to your enquiry and send you a quote or proposal.
- To follow up about the enquiry you raised — including by phone, email or WhatsApp, using the details you gave us.
- To assess job applications submitted through the Careers page.
- To keep the website secure and working correctly.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Who Can See It
Enquiries are stored in our own customer database and are visible only to authorised ArtIntele staff, who sign in with a company account. We use a small number of service providers to operate the business — website hosting, email delivery and similar infrastructure — who process data only on our instructions.
Data We Process When Delivering AI Services
The sections above describe data collected through this website. This section describes personal data we process on behalf of our clients when we build and operate AI voice agents, WhatsApp automations, chatbots, and workflow automations for them.
When we deliver a solution for a client, that client decides what data is processed and why — the client is the data fiduciary / controller, and ArtIntele.ai (Prachalas Private Limited) acts as the client’s data processor, processing data only on the client’s documented instructions.
What we may process (on the client’s behalf): the names, phone numbers, WhatsApp IDs, message and call content, enquiry/lead details (including leads a client receives through Meta Lead Ads), and appointment information of the client’s own customers and contacts.
WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta. Where a client uses WhatsApp or Meta Lead Ads, we send and receive this data through Meta’s official APIs solely to provide the service the client has configured — delivering and receiving messages, ingesting leads, and reading delivery and quality status. We handle this data in line with Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. We do not use WhatsApp or Meta platform data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Consent and opt-outs. Clients are responsible for having a valid legal basis and the necessary consent to contact their customers, and for honouring opt-out requests. Our systems enforce consent, opt-out (STOP), and messaging-window rules before any outbound message is sent.
Sub-processors. To deliver these services we use a limited set of providers — telephony, speech/AI, and cloud hosting — who process data only on our instructions under contract.
Retention. We keep client-processed data only as long as the client’s configuration and our agreement require. Message content and cached records are purged on retention schedules, and data is deleted or returned when an engagement ends.
Requests from end users. Because this data is processed on a client’s behalf, requests from a client’s customers (to access, correct, or delete their data) are directed to the relevant client, whom we assist in responding.
Security. We protect this data with encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive fields at rest, role-based access control, and audit logging of access to personal data.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we have an active or reasonably expected business relationship, and afterwards only where we need them for legal or accounting reasons. Résumés from unsuccessful applications are kept for up to one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.
Your Rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — and under the GDPR if you contact us from the UK or EU — you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your data, where we have no legal reason to keep it;
- stop using your data for follow-up contact;
- withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time.
To exercise any of these, email hello@artintele.ai. We’ll respond within one business day and action verified requests promptly. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. This is covered in detail in our Cookie Policy, where you can also change your choice at any time. See also our Terms of Service.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data requires a company account sign-in, and we limit access to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
