These terms govern your use of the ArtIntele.ai website and the AI automation services we provide. ArtIntele.ai is a brand of Prachalas Private Limited, operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (“we”, “us”, “ArtIntele”). “You” means anyone who uses this website or engages our services.
What We Do
We design, build, and operate AI voice agents, conversational AI, WhatsApp automations, and workflow automation, custom-built around a client’s existing processes. Website content is for general information; specific work is scoped in a separate proposal or agreement.
Using This Website
- Use the site lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to it.
- Information you submit (e.g. a consultation form) must be accurate and yours to share.
- Website content is ours or our licensors’; don’t copy or reuse it without permission.
Engaging Our Services
Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement between you and Prachalas Private Limited. Those terms, together with this page and our Privacy Policy, form the full agreement. Where a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement governs.
Messaging & Third-Party Platforms
Some solutions run on third-party platforms — including the WhatsApp Business Platform and other Meta products, telephony networks, and AI providers. When we deliver these for you:
- you must have a valid legal basis and the required consent to contact the people you message or call, and must honour opt-outs;
- you and we will comply with the platforms’ rules, including Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy;
- your use of those platforms is also subject to the platforms’ own terms, and we aren’t responsible for third-party services or outages.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and only data you’re entitled to share.
- Obtain and maintain the consents and permissions your use case requires.
- Use the services and any delivered systems lawfully and as agreed.
Data Protection
How we handle personal data — both for website visitors and for data we process when delivering services on your behalf — is described in our Privacy Policy. For data we process to deliver a solution for you, you are the data fiduciary / controller and we act as your processor on your instructions.
Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. Ownership of custom deliverables is as set out in your engagement agreement. You keep ownership of your own data and content.
Disclaimers & Liability
The website and services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; outcomes that depend on third-party platforms (such as message delivery) are not guaranteed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability under an engagement is as stated in its agreement.
Termination
You may stop using the website at any time. Engagements end as set out in their agreements. We may suspend access for misuse or to protect the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and highlight material changes on the site.
